High speed carbon fiber chassis conversion set for the HPI WR8 FLUX GYMKHANA 1/8 4WD Rally Car.
Extra light weight conversion that removes all of the unneeded parts and hardware, transforming the WR8 into a super streamlined and race worthy performance chassis.
The conversion is about 220gr lighter than the stock set up!
Rigid but very light weight carbon fiber chassis is mated to a reinforced alloy nose plate for durability.
Optimized weight balance via extra mounting holes allows the motor and battery to be mounted at the rear of the chassis for improved rear traction and jumping balance.
Alloy battery cups are multi positioned to allow front or rear and left or right weight balance- great for 2s or 3s battery positioning (must use hard case batteries).
Then finally, the chassis is topped off with an alloy center chassis brace and alloy servo mounts to also improve on lowering the overall center of gravity. And of course a machined antenna mount is added to the conversion.
