This construction set is part of the Educational Construction Series. The pillars in this set – which allow easy attachment and detachment – are for use with Tamiya universal plates and arms. Using these pillars with Items 70098 Universal Plate Set, 70172 Universal Plate L (210x160mm) and 70143 Universal Arm Set allows you to build up two-level structures with ease. Get this set for original construction such as robotics creations.

  • 3x8mm Tapping screws x16
  • Pillars are molded in light gray plastic (coloring which matches parts from the Educational Construction Series).
  • Pillars can be attached or detached with ease by using stopper pins. (Tools are not required.)
  • Pillar sides have holes to attach screws, which allows greater structural variety.
  • Attachment without metal parts prevents electronics such as microcomputers from shorting out.
