1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to ask for a return or refund. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)

Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we take complete responsibility. We will offer a full refund or a free reshipment.

Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage. We will promptly arrange a refund or a replacement.

3. Customized Items

Please note that personalized/customized items are final sale, except when they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such cases, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Request

5. Refund Processing

Approval: Once your request is approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is because of our error (defective or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
